TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

Willerby cars ltd expect the safest conditions for our drivers at all times.

We will not tolerate abusive behaviour towards our drivers in any way.

We will not tolerate abusive behaviour towards our telephone operators in any way.

Soiling of our vehicles will incurr charges not less than £80.00.

Repeated No shows will result in you being barred from our services. The original fare will be sent to you to pay via our secure text link in order to lift the ban on our services.

PRE PAYMENT

We may at anytime ask for payment in advance and at anytime prior to your booking taking place. Pre payment will be sent via our text link and is secure OR the driver may ask for payment in advance.

OUR FARES

Due to the vast rural area we cover some bookings may be subject to a surcharge. Change of destination without prior notice and or extra pick ups or drop offs will be added to the fare within the vehicle.

APP & WEB BOOKINGS

All prices displayed on our App/Web page are ESTIMATED fares and may be subject to extra charges to allign with our office fares.

Bookings made on via the App/Web that are NOT cancelled prior to us dispatching a vehicle may be charged the full cost of the booking. Once the vehicle is dispatched the full cost of the journey will become payable.

CHARGES

Bookings made on our App/Web either by cash or card that do not include all pick up or drop off destinations may be charged extra to cover the additional milage. Extra milage is normally charged at £1.50 per mile.

ILLEGAL ACTIVITY’S

We will not tolerate the use of our vehicles for the purpose of transporting illegal substances. Please do not atempt to use our services for this purpose. WE WILL REPORT YOU.

BANK HOLIDAYS

We may charge extra on bank holidays.

FESTIVE PERIOD

Our fares increase on certain days over the Christmas period.

Christmas eve = fare and half

Christmas day = double time

Boxing day = fare and half

New year eve = double time

New years = double time
